Female Voices is a book design project that places Austrian and Korean female poets in dialogue. Poems with similar themes or tones are paired together to create cross-cultural conversations.
The visual concept is based on recordings of women reading the poems. Their sound waves are translated into graphic forms that resemble mountain landscapes, referencing a natural element shared by both Austria and Korea.
